Resolving conflicts in a senior leadership mentoring program starts with having clearly defined values. Once values are established it's key to define the program's vision, mission, and goals. Doing so serves as the compass and map for all actions. When disagreements and conflicts arise, we first seek to identify the gap in values or vision. Once that's determined the parties are invited to share their perspective and seek agreement and recommitment to the program.
